1. Booking & Custom Itinerary Confirmation

• All private tour packages, chauffeur vehicles, and airport transfers are subject to availability.
• A reservation deposit or official written confirmation is required to lock in vehicle schedules and licensed chauffeur guides.
• Custom itinerary pacing, stops, and hotel pickup locations can be tailored anytime upon direct consultation with our concierge team.

2. Pricing & Transparent Inclusions

All our customized tour package rates are 100% transparent with no hidden local charges:

• Included: Dedicated air-conditioned vehicle, fuel, express highway tolls, parking fees, driver allowance, food & accommodation.
• Excluded: Personal shopping, international airfare, optional wildlife safari jeep entrance tickets, and discretionary driver tips.

3. Flexible Date Adjustments & Cancellations

We understand international travel plans may shift. We provide free travel date rescheduling with 48 hours notice. For cancellations, refunds are processed according to the advance notice provided prior to arrival.

4. Chauffeur Guide Safety & Passenger Comfort

All Ceylon I Travels chauffeur drivers are government-licensed tourist driver guides with verified credentials, commercial passenger insurance, and clean driving records. Your safety and peace of mind across Sri Lanka remain our highest priority.
